Unlike the other tools on this site, which generate an image purely from text, this tool starts from your actual uploaded photo and asks the AI to reimagine it in a comedic style while keeping a resemblance to the original — the same basic idea behind a Snapchat or Instagram face filter, done here with a free, general-purpose AI image model instead of a dedicated mobile filter engine.
Your photo is resized in your own browser before anything is sent anywhere, then passed to AI as a starting image, along with a comedic style description. The "filter strength" setting controls how much the AI is allowed to change: a light setting nudges the photo toward the chosen style while keeping it close to the original, and a strong setting lets it transform much more freely into a full cartoon reinterpretation.
Tips for a funnier result
- Front-facing photos with good, even lighting and a visible face tend to produce the most recognizable, most comedic results.
- If the result looks too close to the original photo, increase the filter strength; if it looks unrecognizable, decrease it.
- Try the same photo across two or three styles — Bobblehead and Wanted Poster in particular can produce very different comedic effects from an identical starting photo.
